Poésis, passeurs de danse
What would the French music classics be like if we gave free rein to a semi-finalist of The Voice and to those promoting 1970s and 1980s hip-hop dance?

That’s what James Carles dared to do!
The “Poesis” project aims to share with audiences across all generations a choreographic work that connects our collective imagination and brings us joy and well-being. Each performance features a unique playlist by exceptional singers and musicians, born and raised in different cultures and civilizations around the world, paying unexpected tribute to the great monuments of the French chanson.
This is thanks to the audacity of James Carles and Emmanuel Pi Djob, to the musical production with a hell of a team: vocals Yiayu Yao (China), drums Sega Seck (Senegal), bass guitar Benilde Foko (Cameroon), and many surprises.
